  • 5+ years of relevant managerial experience within a global Sales organization
  • Vast experience with scaling SDR/BDR teams, within a growing start up environment
  • Metric and operationally driven
  • Global experience, preferred in a SAAS company
  • Proven record of building outbound strategies.
  • Ability to hire, onboard, and continuously train team members in several GEOs
  • Ability to successfully manage people to achieve performance goals.
  • Robust Salesforce understanding of marketing campaigns and sales metrics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
